In Hoog Catherijne in Utrecht we had to deal with special conditions of the shopping center that had to be met when refurbishing this establishment for Sandwich. For example, we had to built overload arm because of the shoppers, guidelines for the supply and removal of building materials had to be taken into account, etc.
Thanks to the right preparation and tight control on site this was no problem for CNSTRCT. The renovation work went very smoothly. A special glass facade in front of the location, created a beautiful and inviting image of the store that was visible for shoppers using the passage.
