On behalf of Woon Winkel Fonds, we have completely taken care of a hull building in Utrecht in order to realize a beautiful store for tenant Prénatal. In spite very little time for preparation and construction, this complex project was completed to the full satisfaction of our client: of course the deadline guarantee was realized and we stayed within budget.
Sustainable construction was executed, for example by using special recyclable PVC roofing, energy-saving underfloor heating and a large glass façade with insulating glass.
